Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine accepts Medicare and nearly all commercial insurance plans. We currently out of network with Medicaid and HIP plans. We are happy to discuss if our office accepts your specific insurance plan by phone at 219-213-6630 or 219-765-8291 during normal business hours. When we verify your insurance coverage, it is not a guarantee that your insurance provider will pay. We encourage you to call your insurance company to determine the exact benefits your plan provides in the rare instance that Advanced Orthopedics is not given accurate information by the insurance company.

During your course of treatment, please inform the staff of any insurance changes and provide them with a copy of your new insurance card.  Most insurance plan deductibles start over at the beginning of the new year, however some plans change mid-year.  Advanced Orthopedics is not responsible for identifying any changes in your coverage during the course of treatment. If your benefits do change, please notify our staff.
